Are dogs allowed?
Pets are not permitted during regular Boo Bash hours, with the exception of trained service animals. Dogs are welcome during our special Pups & Pumpkins event and during the first 3.5 hours on Wednesdays. Plus, every pup gets a trick-or-treat bag! 🐶🎃
Do I need a ticket to enter?
Yes. All guests ages 3+ need an admission ticket to enter Boo Bash.
Do children need tickets?
Children 2 and under are FREE! Guests ages 3+ require admission.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes! Tickets may be available for purchase on-site, but pricing is subject to change and availability. We recommend purchasing in advance.
What are your hours?
Hours vary by date and ticket. Please check your selected ticket date for that day's hours.
What days are you open?
Our operating days vary throughout the season. Check our ticket calendar for current dates and availability.
What is included with admission?
Admission includes entry to Boo Bash, access to our photo ops and two hay mazes, plus the full pumpkin patch experience. Attraction credits are not included with general admission unless specifically stated on your ticket.
Do attractions cost extra?
Some attractions require credits, which can be purchased at kiosks throughout Boo Bash.
Do attraction credits expire?
Unused Boo Bash attraction credits can roll over to another visit during the current season.
Do attractions have age, height or weight restrictions?
Some attractions have specific age, height, weight, footwear or safety requirements. Restrictions vary by attraction and will be posted on-site. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.
Is parking free?
Yes! Parking is free for Boo Bash guests.
Where is Boo Bash located?
Boo Bash is located at North County Mall in Escondido, California. Located in front of Red Robbin Restaurant.
Is food available for purchase?
Yes! Food and refreshments will be available for purchase throughout the event.
Is alcohol available?
No. Alcohol is not available at Boo Bash.
Do you accept cash and cards?
Yes, we accept both cash and card.
Is Boo Bash wheelchair accessible?
Yes! Boo Bash is wheelchair accessible. Please keep in mind that some areas of the pumpkin patch may have uneven seasonal terrain.
Can I bring a stroller or wagon?
Yes! Strollers and wagons are welcome.
Can I come just to buy pumpkins?
Absolutely! Pumpkins are available for purchase, but admission is still required to enter Boo Bash.
What happens if it rains?
Boo Bash is weather-dependent. If an event date is postponed or canceled due to weather, affected guests will receive information about rescheduling their tickets. Updates will also be shared on our social media channels.
Are tickets refundable?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, tickets may be transferred to another guest.
Can I change my ticket date or time?
Date or time changes may be requested through our website contact form. Changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Can I leave and come back?
No. Boo Bash does not allow re-entry once you leave the event.
Is Boo Bash good for young children?
Yes! Boo Bash is designed to be a family-friendly fall experience for guests of all ages.
Is Boo Bash scary?
No! Boo Bash is not a haunted or scary attraction. It's a fun, festive Halloween and fall experience.
Is Boo Bash only for kids?
Definitely not! Boo Bash is for all ages. Come for the pumpkins, photo ops, attractions, food and fall experience - whether you're bringing the kids, coming with friends, or planning a fall date night. 🎃
Can we wear costumes?
Yes! Costumes are encouraged, but full-face coverings, masks, violent or graphic costumes, and costumes that may create a safety concern are not permitted.
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
No outside food or beverages are permitted.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
No. Boo Bash is a smoke-free event. Smoking, vaping, cigarettes and similar products are not permitted anywhere within the event.
Do you offer birthday parties or group events?
Yes! Boo Bash can accommodate birthdays, corporate outings and group events. Submit our website contact form for group options, pricing and attraction-credit packages.
What is the Ultimate Pass?
On Mondays and Tuesdays, guests can purchase our $49 Ultimate Pass on-site. Rather than purchasing individual attraction credits, the Ultimate Pass provides access according to the pass terms for that day.
